Paulann was super easy to communicate with. They paid great attention to details and as a cosplayer, I appreciated that so much. If a hair was out of place, they were fixing it. The photos were beautiful and really captured the craftmanship of my design. I received my photos fast at very fair prices! I will definitely be working with them again!

Not only do they give good direction when needed, but they have an exceptional eye for angles and positioning. Their editing skills are beautiful while still retaining the originality of the photos. Do you ever get those pre-photo jitters? Just being nervous and excited about a shoot and then worrying that it might show in the photos. Having a shoot with Paulann, the energy is very positive, yet relaxed. As we did the shoot they were great at directing me to adjust anything that looked to be out of place. Like my long stringy hair, we'd just fix it real quick. They graciously gave me tips and tricks I can carry along to any shoot in the future. I was very comfortable posing for photos as they would tell me how well I was doing. I really enjoyed my shoot with them and had so much fun! I am beyond grateful and very pleased with Big Click Energy. They are super sweet, amazing, and highly talented!!

So professional! Easy/ great to work with, the shots they capture are stunning every time! They did my very first shoot and it was not only a blast but such a smooth ride, and the photos were immaculate! 10 x outta 10 would choose them over any other photographers in the valley!

I've worked with Paulann for years now. When my oldest was very young, they were always able to get natural smiles and giggles out of her. On a more recent shoot, my 5 year old was very shy, nervous, & had forced smiles at first. After a few minutes with the photographer, she relaxed and we had such natural poses and smiles... I loved every photo. We also had our furriest family member with us, our dog, Sadie. They got great photos of Sadie. Again... as I looked through the finished photographs, I constantly had a new favorite!
